Second quarter started out strong, report cards have been mailed home, student-led conferences are coming up, and we had yet another incredible week at Riverview!
Thank you to all of our parents that came to help out with our Dia De Los Muertos event & Middle School Dance! It was fun to have all of our grade levels together to celebrate, and the middle schoolers had an incredibly fun time at the dance!
Students have been preparing for Student Led Conferences during crew, and are excited to share their learning with you this week!
Please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything going on at school or anything that we have coming up (see below)!
As always, thank you for everything you do for your kids, for all of us in the middle school, and for Riverview. Middle School can be a tricky time to maneuver, and we appreciate everyone working together as a team to support your kids.
We appreciate all of you so much

October Habit of the Month: ENTHUSIASM
Each month, we focus on a particular Habit of a Scholar. Teachers and all Riverview Crew members are on the lookout for students exhibiting Enthusiasm, and Crew lessons have an emphasis around Enthusiasm.
At Riverview, Enthusiasm looks like:
Asking questions during class
Showing excitement about new learning
Taking risks & sharing ideas
Actively participating in class & discussions
Maintaining a positive attitude towards school, self, and life
Join our Parent Book Club!
We would love for you to join our Parent Book Club to read The Teenage Brain! Our next meeting is November 15 - 6:00 - 7:00pm.
